What you send us
The consultation form asks for:
- your name, email address and phone number
- your dog’s name, breed and age, if you choose to give them
- the program you’re interested in and how you’d like us to reach you
- what you’d like to work on with your dog
- how you heard about us, if you choose to say
It also records which page you sent it from and how long the form took to fill in. The second is how we tell a person from a spam bot.
We use what you send to get back to you about training your dog. The page you came from and how you heard about us also tell us which parts of the site, and which recommendations, bring people to us.
Where it’s kept
Requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. The website can only add a request to it; only Walker K-9 Training can read them.
Visiting the site
The site is delivered through Netlify and Cloudflare. Like any web host, they may record technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may also set a short-lived cookie to tell people from bots.
The site has no accounts and takes no payments. The only cookies it sets itself are Google Analytics’ own, described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people read and whether they call, text, email or send the form. It sets cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, your device and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.
Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn it off in your browser with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Other sites
Our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages and our Google reviews are run by those companies, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes
If this policy changes, this page will change with it, and the date at the top will say when.
